1. WHAT IS KNF READY TO WEAR?
We are a team focused on Delivering Bespoke style traditional outfits internationally using standard sizing methods to find the closest fit for the everyday African man.
2. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE NIGERIA?
Absolutely! We are happy to deliver your package to your country of residence. Just fill in the delivery address accurately.
3. WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
All preorder items will be available for delivery 10 working days after payment has been successfully made.
For orders within Lagos, deliveries may take 1-3 working days upon completion of production.
While local orders outside Lagos will take 5-7 working days.
For international orders, deliveries may take 7
7-10 working days upon completion of production of orders.
Delivery timelines are dependent on the locations.
All available items (in stock) are subject to these same delivery terms.
If you require an outfit "EXPRESSLY" (before our stipulated production time), kindly contact us through our Instagram account to get information on our expressly available items. Standard delivery durations still apply.
4. HOW DO I ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE FOR ME?
Kindly follow the measurement guide below and compare it to our size chart to know the size that suits you best (measurements are in inches).
Kaftan top
Back (shoulderbone to shoulderbone)
Long sleeve (Shoulder bone to wrist +0.5 inches)
Bust (chest measurement +4 inches) or more
Neck (round base of neck, enough to to accommodate just 1 finger)
Trousers
Thigh measurement (thigh +2-3 inches)
Trouser length (suitable length slightly below ankle)
Waist (around the waist level)
Hips (around the bum, +2-3 inches)
Cap
(take measurement tape round the head, at forehead level)
Available sizes are always stated under each product

5. WHAT IF THE OUTFIT ISN'T MY EXACT FIT?
Allowances are left within the outfits to accommodate for width and length alterations
It is important that you confirm that you are ordering the closest size for your body measurement from our size guide.
(KNF is not responsible for garment alterations after purchase)
6. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Items can only be returned if they do not match the order you placed or if the item has a defect.
Kindly confirm your ideal size before placing your order.
Items can only be returned within 3 days of receipt of the item and if the item is still in It's original state.
